Michigan To Add #GOBLUE To Field For Spring Game
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — In a nod to the Twitter age, the field at Michigan Stadium will have a new marking this weekend.
Michigan says it's painting the hashtag "(hash)GOBLUE" onto its field for Saturday's annual spring football scrimmage. The Wolverines are hoping to generate exposure on a nationally televised broadcast and in the social media world.
The spring game will be followed by a lacrosse game between Michigan and Ohio State.
