MSU Goes For 4th In A Row Vs. Michigan
EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Michigan State has a chance to match a school record with a fourth straight win over rival Michigan.
Spartans coach Mark Dantonio says he's encouraging his seniors to pull off the feat for their legacies. Wolverines coach Brady Hoke says he doesn't have to remind his players how the last three games have gone.
No. 23 Michigan State (4-1, 1-0 Big Ten) will host No. 11 Michigan (6-0, 2-0) on Saturday in a game with more than just provincial interest. The victor will be alone atop the conference's new Legends Division.
Michigan State's top-ranked defense will be put to a test against speedy quarterback Denard Robinson.
