Michigan Spring Breaker Dies In Alcohol-Related Incident In Florida
PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WWJ/AP) - Police say a 20-year-old college student from Michigan has died in an alcohol-related incident while on spring break in Panama City Beach.
Kyle Lamb of Potterville, Mich. was found unresponsive around 11 p.m. Wednesday after police responded to a call at Raccoon River Campground where Lamb was camping with his friends for spring break, The News Herald of Panama City reported. He was pronounced dead at Bay Medical Center at 1 a.m. Thursday.
Police believe Lamb died from an apparent alcohol overdose, although an autopsy is planned to determine an official cause of death. Police say no foul play is suspected.
Lamb graduated from Potterville High School in 2011. According to his Facebook page, Lamb was studying marketing at Lansing Community College.
