This week on Michigan Matters, Carol Cain learns about the epidemic of kidney disease that is facing our community from Richard Carson, a member of the Detroit Executive Leadership Committee for the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan and kidney transplant survivor, and Dr. Noreen Rossi, Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board for the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan. Then she speaks with Rob Bliss, the creator of the Grand Rapids Lip Dub, about his response to the Newsweek comment that Grand Rapids was a dying city. Finally, Bliss joins Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson and Ilitch Enterprises executive Denise Ilitch on the Roundtable segment.
