Michigan Man Victim In Car Fire
DETROIT (WWJ) A Michigan man with a history of mental problems has been identified as the victim in a western Pennsylvania car fire.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner says 32-year-old Oba Changa of Port Huron committed suicide by setting a fire inside the car January 25.
He died of burns and smoke inhalation.
Changa was found in his burning car after it was parked in a rural driveway about 20 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
About an hour before the fire, witnesses saw Changa buy two 2-liter bottles of soda that he was seen filling with gasoline a short time later, getting his clothes wet with the fuel in the process.
