Mich. Teens Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Boys

Two Brandon Township teens accused of sexually assaulting boys between the ages of 7 and 10 have been charged with multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct and could face up to life in prison.

Oakland County Sheriff officials tell The Oakland Press for a Friday story that charges against the 13- and 14-year-old boys include first-degree criminal sexual conduct and assault with intent to commit sexual penetration.

Both teens have been charged as adults.

The unidentified teens were arrested last month, about one month after two fathers reported their children had been assaulted.

Police say the assaults began in September 2009.

Both suspects remain held without bond at Oakland County Children's Village pending a Nov. 15 circuit court appearance.
