Medical Pot Sales Continue, Prosecutor Hopes To See State Appeals Court Decision Overturned
DETROIT (WWJ) - It's been business as usual at some medical marijuana shops in Michigan this weekend, even after a state appeals court said card-carrying patients cannot sell pot to other patients.
Some officials though are in no rush to shut down dispensaries. Among them, Otsego County prosecutor Kyle Legel who says he hopes the Michigan Supreme Court overturns this week's decision of the appeals court.
