McGrady In Talks With Pistons
Over the past few weeks, Tracy McGrady has been thought to be signing with the Bulls. There was serious interest from both sides in working something out, though McGrady couldn't get on board with accepting whatever role Chicago handed him. So the Bulls went a different direction and signed Keith Bogans.
But it hasn't taken long for McGrady to move on. Reports are that McGrady is in talks with the Pistons and general manager Joe Dumars confirmed that the team has indeed had internal talks about the veteran swingman. Draft Express even reported that McGrady signed a one-year, veteran minimum contract with Detroit. Though that report from DX appears to be a little premature.
