Halloween costumes get better and better every year.
Personally I haven't dressed up in roughly 5 years but I am also a party pooper who doesn't like to have fun.
Matthew Stafford on the other hand really hit a home run with his Halloween costume this year.
Stafford dressed up as Jackie Moon from the movie "Semi-Pro." In the movie, Moon is played by actor Will Ferrell and I think Stafford is a spitting image.
I'm curious where Stafford got the awesome Flint Tropics get-up.
The photo was posted by Stafford's fiance Kelly Hall. Hall appears to have dressed up as an Army lady. She looks hot regardless of what she wore.
