Two teams going in opposite directions meet up tonight at Comerica Park, Tigers have won 12 of 16. Indians have lost 15 of 20 and Detroit can extend its first place lead to 2 games with a win. Brad Penny opposes Fausto Carmona who is off to a 3-8 start.
Speaking of Cleveland, Progressive Field appears to be the site for an upcoming outdoor hockey game. Reports say Michigan would skate against Ohio State there this winter.
Hockey tonight and its winner take all in the NHL. A Stanley Cup Finals game 7, the 16th ever, Boston is on the road at Vancouver with the home team yet to lose in this series, a perfect 6-0.
