The Wings try to become the 4th as tonight Detroit is back at it against San Jose on the road for the 7th and deciding game. 21 Red Wings have played in a game 7 including many who experienced round 1 of last year's playoffs when they beat Phoenix. Tigers get the night off before opening up a 3 game weekend set against the Royals tomorrow night at Comerica Park. Kansas City looks to take 2 of 3 from the Yankees in New York tonight. Both the Tigers and Royals are 4 and a half back of first place Cleveland.
Tiger Woods lasted just 9 holes at the Players Championship today shooting 6 over par and then withdrawing from the rest of the tournament of a sore leg. Woods says he had a tough time walking.
