The Big Ten season tips off today for Michigan, the surprising wolverines are off to a 10-2 start including a perfect 9-0 at home as they host 11th ranked Purdue.
A rare Tuesday night NFL game, the Vikings once again have their travel plans derailed due to weather and now have to face the Eagles tonight in Philadelphia. Michael Vick and company still with a chance with 2 wins to garner in home field throughout the NFC playoffs.
Jim Schwartz joined Stoney and Bill this morning on the Ticket. The Lions Coach again asked about Dominic Raiola and the gesture he made at a Dolphin fan Sunday coming off the field, the Coach says that his players now have to get used to opposing teams fans heckling them because winning on the road now is part of that.
AFC and NFC Pro Bowl rosters will be announced later tonight. Lions are hoping to get at least 2 players in the game, Ndamukong Suh and Calvin Johnson.
Michigan QB Tate Forcier tells the media today down at the Gator Bowl that God has a plan for him and that he considered transferring from U of M but stuck it out and is glad he did. Forcier says he does not know what the future holds.
Pistons host the Celtics tomorrow night, Doc Rivers says Rajon Rondo will not return from a sprained ankle until at least Friday at the earliest.
