Matt Dery: Rodman To Have His Jersey Retired By Pistons
There are reports today that the Pistons are ready to retire Dennis Rodman's #10 jersey on April 1st when the Bulls come to the Palace. A two-time all star as a Piston, Rodman has been missing-in-action when it comes to big Pistons events recently; a no-show for the "Bad Boys" Reunion and also failed to get on an airplane to Detroit for the team's 50th anniversary event.
Sources tell 97.1 The Ticket that an announcement could come later today. Rodman's "Bad Boy" teammates Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars, Bill Laimbeer, and Vinnie Johnson already have their numbers in the rafters.
