Marshmallow Drop Moves To Parking Lot
SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) - Blame it on the weather. Due to recent snow and rain, the 2nd Annual Catalpa Oaks Marshmallow Drop scheduled for Friday morning has been modified.
Instead of collecting marshmallows dropped from a helicopter, Oakland County residents can drive into the parking lot to collect treat bags for their children from 10 a.m.-11 a.m.
Catalpa Oaks is located on Catalpa Drive, just west of Greenfield Road in Southfield.
