Man Killed After Driving Across I-275 Median, Colliding With Semi Truck
ROMULUS (WWJ) -- The driver of an SUV died Friday in a crash on southbound 1-275 near I-94 in Romulus.
Romulus police say a man was killed after crossing the median and striking an oncoming semi truck. The identity of the victim has not been released and the truck driver was not injured.
The freeway has been re-opened after being closed for several hours earlier Friday. There is no word on what led the car's driver to cross over.
