Man Found Shot To Death Inside Rental Car On Detroit's West Side
DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are asking the public for help solving a murder that took place on the city's west side.
The incident happened around 12:15 a.m. Thursday in the 4200 block of 18th Street, in a neighborhood just north of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and I-96.
Police responded to the area after receiving a report of a shooting and arrived to find a 27-year-old man sitting inside a rental car with a fatal gunshot wound. He was declared dead at the scene.
Other circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unknown. Investigators are trying to develop a suspect profile and say no arrests have been made in the case.
