Man Charged With Open Murder In Connection With Holiday Party Shooting
PONTIAC (WWJ) - A man police say shot and killed a Pontiac resident following a dispute at a weekend holiday party has been formally charged.
Forty-six year-old Kerry Holley faces four charges, including open murder, in the Saturday night shooting of 34 year-old Hardin Harris.
Holley was arraigned via video in 50th District Court. He's at the Oakland County Jail after bond was denied.
Prosecutors say Holley has an extensive criminal record. His next court appearance will be determined the day after Christmas.
