Man Arrested In Paint Plant Bomb Threat

MOUNT CLEMENS (WWJ) - A Shelby Township man faces some serious charges after he allegedly called in a bomb threat to a Mount Clemens paint plant.

Macomb County Sheriff's office investigators said it happened last week when someone called the Dupont Paint Plant on Groesbeck and said "if you care about your employees, get them out. There are two bombs set to go off."

The plant was evacuated, but a search of the building found nothing.

Using security camera footage, investigators were able to identify the suspect and he was arrested without indecent.

The 43-year-old Timothy Milazzo is now being held on $10,000 bond. He faces four years in prison and if convicted.
