STERLING HEIGHTS -- The Macomb-OU INCubator at Velocity Center, on 18 Mile Road in Sterling Heights, has a variety of spaces for rent to startup companies.
Rents start as low as $185 a month for office space including windows and furniture, free wireless Internet, ample parking, use of office equipment, unlimited use of conference rooms, reception services, access to a business advisory board and incubator staff, onsite business development workshops and an onsite caterer.
