If you want to put together the ultimate tailgating experience for you and 15 of your friends, coworkers or relatives, then leave the cars and parking lots behind and head to Club 200 or the Rooftop Party at Ford Field.

Offered by the Premium Entertainment Group at Ford Field, the tailgate parties can accommodate anywhere from 15 to 200 people. Price per person is $175, and what you get is a two-hour tailgate party before the game and game tickets with seats in the 200 section of the stadium. That's not a bad deal when you consider that a single seat in the 200 section for today's game against the Seahawks is going for over $200.

There are two sections of the stadium that are being offered. One party area, Club 200, will accommodate up to 60 people which means that smaller groups will have the chance to mix and mingle with other Lions fans. When the group gets even larger, then it is over the Rooftop, which is up on the seventh level of the stadium across from the press box. Here you will find up to 200 Lions fans enjoying food and drink before the game.

When it comes to the food, what you will find is exactly what you would be cooking at the tailgate, but without the work or cleanup involved. Some of the items included are hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches and cold salads. There is also a selection of deserts and when it comes to beverages, Pepsi products are included in the price but alcoholic beverages will cost extra at a cash bar.

For those groups that see the need for adult beverages, this is also available. If everyone in the group wants to partake of the spirits, then it is only $20 more per person for a drink wrist band that allows you to go up to the bar and pick your poison.

When game time hits, it is over to the Premium Club Seats in section 200 where everyone in your group will be in a single section. This is the area with the best sight lines in the stadium, leather seats and when you get thirsty during the game, this section provides access to two separate lounges.

With the high hopes everyone has for the Lions this year, the packages are extremely popular, but this does not mean you will be shut out by advance purchases. According to a spokesman at Ford Field, the organization is doing its best to open up more areas of the stadium to accommodate as many groups as possible.

So if you want to have quite possibly the most unique tailgate party ever with seats for the game that cannot be beat, then check out Club 200 and the Rooftop packages. Let's face it, going to a game is not cheap. So why not get a group of Lions fans together and kick it up a notch? Then you will be able to tell your buddies who watched the game at home how you enjoyed the game while sitting in those leather seats up in the club section.

It doesn't get much better than that.
