LLamasoft, ALK Technologies Partner For Strategic Supply Chain Modeling
ANN ARBOR (WWJ) -- LLamasoft, a provider of supply chain design software, and ALK Technologies of Princeton, N.J., a provider of travel and transportation technology, announced a partnership to offer ALK's PC Miler routing, mileage and mapping software to LLamasoft customers for use in supply chain design.
The partnership with ALK provides LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru and LLamasoft Transportation Guru customers an industry-recognized means to accurately calculate distance and transit times for all global regions, as well as determine geocoding and detailed road routes. LLamasoft transportation customers particularly, including 3PLs, carriers and private fleets will benefit from the PC Miler software, as will the LLamasoft solutions services team.
