Lions Need To Do The Obvious: Use Calvin Johnson More

It sounds simple and obvious. So simple and obvious, even I can say it, and so can every Lions fan.

You know the refrain: Get the ball to Calvin and get it to him deep. Throw it to him and let him leap. It's time, it's time to make the defense weep. (Somewhere, Dr. Seuss just gasped).

It may not be that simple, but I don't care. The 0-3 Lions have to find a way to use Calvin Johnson more, even if it requires greater creativity and greater risk, even if it forces me to be ridiculously rhythmic.

Playing it safe only makes sense when you're as talented as the opposition. The Lions obviously aren't, so they absolutely need to push it, even with Matthew Stafford out and Jahvid Best battling a turf toe and Nate Burleson recovering from an ankle injury.
