Lions' Goal: Install 95% Of Offense By July Camp
It's quiet this week at Lions headquarters in Allen Park. Some players are conditioning, but many are out of the building, along with the coaches. They'll return next week for a training camp primer -- two days of organized team activities, followed by a three-day mandatory minicamp.
"We'll have five days in a row," coach Jim Schwartz said. "The minicamp, they'll be here from 6 in the morning until 6 at night, so that will give them a good feeling of what training camp's going to be like. That's probably another step that we're going to take."
