License Plate - Denied!
DETROIT (CBS DETROIT) The state of New Jersey denied a woman her request to get a vanity plate that reads '8thiest.'
Now she is suing the state for violating her First Amendment rights. She says she looked into getting a plate that says BAPTIST and it would not be objected.
Should this woman be allowed to get this plate?
