Lewis Black, Jim Breuer, Joel McHale Headline Gilda's LaughFest 2013
GRAND RAPIDS (WWJ/AP) - Comedian Lewis Black, former "Saturday Night Live" cast member Jim Breuer and "Community" cast member Joel McHale are among the acts for next year's Gilda's LaughFest.
Other acts include "Let's Make A Deal" host Wayne Brady, Food Network show host Justin Willman, stand-up comedian Brian Regan and Gary Valentine, who played Danny on "The King of Queens."
Organizers with West Michigan's third annual festival of laughter announced lineup highlights earlier this week. The event runs March 7 through 17. It will include more than 200 free and ticketed shows that feature over 60 artists. It takes place at more than 40 venues in Grand Rapids, Lowell, and Holland.
LaughFest officials also announced the "$50,000 Challenge" by the Wege Foundation to raise funds for Gilda's Club Grand Rapids Children's Grief Program. The "High Five" campaign seeks $5 gifts, and the Wege Foundation will match every one with $5 of its own, up to $50,000.
LaughFest honors the memory of comedian Gilda Radner.
