Princess Kate sends a letter to a child with cancer, and it's now helping his grieving family.
The 32-year-old met Fabian Bate at a hospital three years ago and wrote him a letter following the visit. In the letter, Princess Kate wrote, "I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers", and she also praised a blog he kept.
The 12-year-old died earlier this month after battling leukemia and now the family has released the letter publicly.
