LEDdynamics and Ilumisys Announce Partnership
TROY -- Ilumisys Inc., the Troy-based developer and producer of solid-state lighting technology, announced that it has partnered with LEDdynamics Inc., based in Randolph, Vt. The partnership includes a license for the patents of Ilumisys parent Altair Engineering Inc. on light-emitting diode fluorescent tube replacements.

Ilumisys, formed in 2007, is a spinoff of Altair, a global software and technology company that has a growing presence in the energy market.
