When I graduated from high school I had the opportunity to go on spring break or to have a graduation party. I opted for spring break.
After seeing what one kid's mother did, I might have made the wrong choice.
David Cicala sent out a simple tweet about how his mother invited Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh to his graduation party. Even though Harbaugh didn't attend, he did take time out of his busy day to send a card.
The card reads:
David,
Thank you for your kind invitation to your graduation party. I will be unable to attend, spending time with Sarah before season.
I will miss bocce ball. My Grandfather Joe Cipiti came to U.S. as a four-year old with family. Great memories on holidays and picnics with his family.
Best Wishes "Go Blue".
I have no idea what type of invitation his mother sent to the Michigan coach but why did he mention his grandfather. I am a little confused but that's what Harbaugh does.
You have to admit that just getting a card back is pretty darn cool.
It appears that Jim Harbaugh gets all kinds of requests.
It is so great to see him reply to so many people.
