Khang's Blog:Welcome Back Chauncey
Tonight the Detroit Pistons will host Chauncey Billups and the Denver Nuggets at the Palace. This is the second time Billups will return to the Palace since being traded. The first time he was welcomed with a standing ovation that seemed to last forever. Even during the game when he made shots the crowd would applaud as if he were still wearing a Pistons jersey. Although Billups was traded away he still remains one of the most loved Pistons of all-time. On the other hand Rip Hamilton is having a hard time exiting as gracefully as Billups did. Hamilton hasn't played in eight straight games and it doesn't look like he'll be leaving the bench anytime soon. So as we welcome Billups back one more time it's hard not to think about how Rip Hamilton will be greeted when he comes back...when and if he's ever traded???
