As we grapple with holiday overeating, it's difficult to imagine how special it was to enjoy all the food you wanted, especially meat. From a snowbound mission in the far reaches of the Upper Peninsula through Cadillac's settlement to today, Dec. 25th celebrations in Detroit have changed.
