In a span of just five minutes in the first half, the US men's national team unraveled, giving up two goals between the 31st and 36th minute. Those five minutes were enough to doom the USMNT's pursuit of its second consecutive Gold Cup title.
On Wednesday in Atlanta, the USMNT fell just shy of completing a two-goal comeback, losing 2-1 to Jamaica. Now, the US will play in the third-place game on Saturday, while Jamaica advances to the Gold Cup final on Sunday.
