It's "A Wrap" In Royal Oak
It's a busy time of year for professional gift wrappers. Wrap artist Lisa Gleeson runs Lisa's Gift Wrappers in Royal Oak.
She offers one word on how to get the most efficient and beautiful results -- organization. Gleeson tells WWJ you should start by setting up a wrapping station or area in which to work your magic. She also recommends being inventive and using newspapers for wrapping paper -- along with wallpaper remnants and even fabric.
Gleeson also advises holiday wrappers to think "outside of the box." She says if you can't re-cycle boxes from last year, consider a container or some other useful item (a measuring cup for kitchen items, a laundry basket for towels, coffee cup for sample sizes of coffee and coffee break snacks) and use cellophane to "cover" your gift.
