Getting hit in the face is never fun. Getting hit in the face on national TV is even worse. Getting hit in the face by a ball thrown into the crowd -- now that's just silly.
During Monday nights' Tigers and Indians game a ball was tossed into the left field seats. One fan tried to catch the ball. Seemed easy enough, but too bad it went right through his hands and smashed his face.
