ImageSoft 4th Q Strong: 100+ New Projects, 9 Client Wins
Southfield-based ImageSoft Inc., a developer of technology to automate, streamline and improve workplace processes, reports that it once again ended the year on solid footing with strong sales, thanks in part to 100-plus new projects from existing customers and an expanded client roster.
ImageSoft saw equally strong growth across three of its key vertical markets -- government, insurance, and health care -- from both new business and expanded business from existing customers.
Contributing strongly to ImageSoft's success and sales growth during 2010 was the addition of more than 100 new projects from existing customers valued at an estimated $6 million.
"We're always delighted to bring new customers into the fold, but new business from current customers speaks volumes about the value our customers see in utilizing enterprise content management to optimize their operations," said Scott Bade, ImageSoft president. "It is not uncommon for government, business or healthcare clients to hire us for a specific project then expand the scope of the work to other departments – even enterprise wide – once they realize the vast cost savings and improved efficiencies that our workflow and automated processes provide."
The company also added multiple new customers during 2010, including nine customer wins during the fourth quarter alone. The nine include A Jax Paving Industries Inc., of Tampa, Fla.; Cuyahoga Housing Authority, Cleveland, Ohio; Del Taco, Lake Forest, Calif.; EPI Marketing Services, Battle Creek; Fulton County Health Center, Wauseon, Ohio; Kamps Pallets, Grand Rapids; Peckham, Lansing; City of Richardson, Texas; and Saginaw County.
