Kyyba Names Pacitti HR Director: Kyyba Inc., a Farmington Hills-based engineering, IT staffing and software development company, announced Liliana Pacitti has been named Human Resources Director. The company employs more than 300 people around the globe. Pacitti brings 21 years of experience in the human resources/recruitment and human services sector. She has mentored and managed recruiters. She holds a bachelor of science in human resource training and development, with a minor in labor relations, and a master's degree in counseling. In previous positions, she received the Sgt. David Falk Outstanding Company Plaque from Macomb Community Collage Cooperative Education for recruitment of intern students and program support, and the Corporate Training Grant from former Gov. John Engler for career development. As HR director, Pacitti will be responsible for a variety of functions -- interviewing, hiring, mentorship, inner office HR support and more.
