C/D/H Hires Moises Feliciano-Vargas As Project Management Consultant: The technology consulting firm C/D/H has hired Moises Feliciano-Vargas as a consultant specializing in project management. Feliciano-Vargas brings to C/D/H more than seven years of project management experience, having overseen nearly 40 projects and demonstrating ability to lead co-located and virtual teams. Feliciano-Vargas is a PMI Certified Associate in Project Management and is working toward his PMP certification. Additionally, as a Certified ScrumMaster, Feliciano-Vargas uses a flexible development strategy, acting as a buffer between the team and any distractions, coaching the team to perform at its highest level. This includes conducting daily scrum sessions and sprint planning sessions. Feliciano-Vargas' most recent focus has been on web-based financial, healthcare, startup and business intelligence applications developed in Java, .Net, XML, and SQL using software development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. He is highly proficient in MS Project, SharePoint, and several other enterprise project management and collaboration solutions. Feliciano-Vargas received his bachelor of science in mathematics and computer sciences from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He currently lives in Ypsilanti. Mars Advertising Names Allen Peretz Senior VP, Client Service And E-Commerce: Allan Peretz has joined Southfield-based Mars Advertising as senior vice president of client service and e-commerce. In his new role, Peretz will have client service responsibility for Wal-Mart and will also lead the continued evolution of Mars e-commerce capabilities. Peretz joins Mars from Procter & Gamble and brings with him with more than 16 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand management, digital marketing, e-commerce and IT. Most recently, he was a member of P&G's global digital and e-commerce leadership team and had strategic responsibility for P&G's direct-to-consumer e-commerce capabilities in North America, Asia, and Europe. His brand management responsibility covered a number of household names including Bounce, Downy, Dawn, and Ivory. Prior to marketing, Peretz worked in IT both as a consultant and at P&G. He received his MBA at the University of Illinois.
