BSI Healthcare Audit Services Hires Tax Manager: Grand Rapids-based BSI Healthcare Audit Services LLC has hired a new tax manager. Katherine Parrish, a California resident and University of Iowa graduate, brings years of tax services experience to BSI Healthcare Services. Parrish has tax experience in nine states, including the most complex arena, California. In December, the firm moved to a singular focus on the health care and health systems industry and rebranded as "BSI Healthcare Services." While the firm has offered sales and use tax recovery services for years, the addition of Parrish strengthens the depth of service the firm continues to offer. BSI Healthcare Services provides contingency based procure-to-pay audit recovery and automation services, and has assisted hundreds of health systems with improving their bottom line. Headquartered in Grand Rapids, BSI has employees around the country, and offices in Cleveland, Phoenix, and San Diego. As tax manager, Parrish will focus on tax services, supporting clients as they navigate the rapidly changing tax code. Parrish will remain in California, joining the Southern California team of BSI Healthcare Services. Prior to employment at BSI Healthcare Services, Parrish worked for an internationally recognized tax services firm based in San Francisco. The BSI Healthcare Services position required an innovative candidate with strong depth of knowledge.
