3-D ETC Adds Key Leaders For Health Care and Industrial Safety: Pontiac-based 3-D Experiential Training Co. announced the hiring of Tracey Grant as channel manager for health care and Tony Brown as channel manager for industrial safety. Both Grant and Brown are responsible for identifying the need for and developing new products, creating strategic alliances and collaborative development opportunities, and overseeing all sales and marketing efforts within their respective market segments. Grant comes to 3-D ETC with more than 15 years of experience in corporate training focusing on health care products and personnel. She has managed digital dictation applications and training programs for hospital systems, transcription services, law offices, state and government departments, as well as consulting for large multi-hospital installations of dictation and transcription equipment, customizing equipment and software, and providing on-site support. Brown is a Michigan Occupational and Safety Health Administration-award winning health and safety manager with 15 years of experience in manufacturing, hazardous materials, general industry and construction industries. With expertise in safety, environmental and Department of Transportation compliance and abatement, Brown has developed physical and social strategies and safety programs that reduce unsafe workplace practices. 3-D ETC has been delivering innovative safety training programs since 2005.
