Herman Cain Stumps In Detroit
DETROIT (WWJ) - Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, speaking in Detroit Friday, has decided to rip apart his tax plan, which is the key plank in his platform.
Herman Cain rolled back part of his 9-9-9 plan saying it could be 0-9 or 9-3-9 or 6-9-9 he really did leave open a lot of room in his signature tax policy.
The change in this policy gives the impression that he is bowing to pressure from outside groups and that his tax plan as he initially laid it out and as he campaigned on -- would actually --- disproportionately hurt poor and middle-income families says CBS Correspondent Phil Elliott.
Cain spoke in front of the dilapidated Michigan Central Train Depot in Detroit Friday.
