Grand River To Migrate E-Commerce Sites For HoMedics
The Ann Arbor-based e-commerce developer Grand River announced today that it has been retained by HoMedics, the leading manufacturer and supplier of self-care, wellness and personal health products, to migrate its e-commerce sites.
HoMedics, based in Commerce Township, initially contracted Grand River to redesign and develop its e-commerce site which was launched in 2008. The company contracted Grand River once again, based on its solid background in e-commerce, to migrate its current U.S. and international sites.
"When we looked at agencies to contract, we realized that e-Commerce was at the core of everything Grand River does," said Phil Jacokes, e-commerce manager for HoMedics. "From marketing to engineering, they know how to sell on the Web."
Grand River plans to use e-commerce platform vendor Magento Commerce's Enterprise Edition 1.8 to offer significant enhancements and innovative features to increase revenue and improve the customer experience.
