Grand Rapids Students Disciplined Over 'Harlem Shake'
GRAND RAPIDS (WWJ) - Another set of Michigan students has been disciplined for doing the "Harlem Shake." This time it was in Grand Rapids at Union High School.
Nine teens have been ordered to stay home after school officials saw their dance that involved one student whose pants were falling down and some bumping and grinding.
School officials said, when the video was made, a substitute teacher was in the class. That teacher was also sent home.
This comes after, last month, about 30 students were disciplined for shooting a similar video at a Milford school.
