Globetrotters Hit The Court In Auburn Hills
DETROIT (WWJ) - One of Detroit's own will be on the basketball court at the Palace Monday night.
Harlem Globetrotter Bull Bullard joined the Globetrotters a couple of years ago - he's a graduate from Southeast High School in Detroit.
"We've been to over 120 countries around the world ... I've been to 40 countries, we have over 130 million fans. This is my fourth year on the team, " said Bullard.
"We do have 10 amazing rookies this year, we have a 7'8" guy from London; Paul Sturgis - we call him 'Tiny', we have 'Too Tall Hall' who is 5'4" from Baltimore ... you guys have to come and check it out," said Bullard.
Bullard says he's glad to be back in his hometown for a game, after traveling the world, and is proud of Detroit Mayor Bings efforts to revitalize Detroit.
Game time is 7 p.m. at the Palace in Auburn Hills.
