MSU's Gholston Wants To Move On From Suspension
EAST LANSING (AP) - Michigan State defensive lineman William Gholston is eager to return to the field after sitting out a game because of a suspension.
Gholston was forced to miss Michigan State's thrilling 37-31 win over Wisconsin last weekend after he was shown on video taking a swing at a Michigan lineman in the previous game. Gholston says he wants to move on and focus on next weekend's big matchup. The No. 9 Spartans play at No. 13 Nebraska on Saturday.
Michigan State beat Wisconsin on a last-ditch touchdown pass on the game's final play. Gholston said he didn't even see the play live - he was in his apartment during the game but left shortly before the finish and was en route to the stadium when it ended.
