Gator, Snake Discovered On Domestic Dispute Call
WATERFORD (WWJ)- Waterford Township police found an alligator and python in couple's home.
Officers discovered the exotic pets Wednesday as they were responding to a call about a domestic argument. They found the 2 and half-foot long gator splashing around in a plastic swimming pool in the basement.
Its owner, a 35-year-old man, also living in the home, has been cited.
The python was in a glass tank in the living room. Charges for the snake owner are pending.
A local farm was contacted to remove the animals.
