Flood Watch In Effect For Several Counties
DETROIT (WWJ) - A flood watch has been issued by the National Weather Service for the entire WWJ listening area until 7 p.m. Saturday night.
The Flood Watch is for: Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St.Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne.
Forecast Details from the Weather Team
Friday Night - Cloudy. Rain heavy at times with a chance of thunderstorms developing. Lows 37 to 41. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 100 percent.
We're expecting heavy rainfall Saturday, maybe an inch or an inch and a half. Combine that with snow melt and frozen ground, and you've got great conditions for a flood.
