What's Darius Morris of Michigan thinking?
Does he really think he's ready for the NBA? Of course Morris isn't ready for the NBA. Some kids hate school. Some only want to get paid to play ball. I don't know what D. Morris wants but if he improves his sophomore to junior season like he did from freshman to sophomore -- he'll be a lottery pick in the NBA in 2012. If he leaves this year hello NBDL or Turkey.
Really if don't like this year's tournament you don't like college basketball. This tourney has been great. As great as any tourney EVER. So, if you're worried about Betty the housewife not being able to get jacked about this weekend's Final Four. Go watch DWTS.
Jimmer in Michigan? Both people I spoke with that went to East Lansing this week for the high school hoops couldn't stop talking about Schoolcraft sophomore Luke Ryskamp. I guess we need to remember the name.
Booing Marian Hossa? I'm for it not because Hossa left the Wings for the Hawks but Hossa said himself that the booing gets to him. It didn't get to him last night after scoring that game winner in OT but
I would say boo him in the post season.
BTW I would like to see the Blackhawks in the 1st round. The Sharks in the 2nd round & the Canucks in the 3rd round. Tough road but great matchups and great hockey if it happens.
