Firefighter Responding To Explosion Has His Wallet Stolen
Investigators call it a shocking crime.
Following the explosion at the Frank's Furniture Store in Wayne last week, a Dearborn firefighter responding to the disaster scene had his car broken into and his wallet was stolen.
Subsequently, investigators say, his debit card was used at two locations in Westland and two suspects were caught on security video withdrawing funds from the firefighter's account, amounting to well over a thousand dollars.
If anyone knows who these suspects are, they are asked to contact the Westland Police Department at 734-722-9600.
