Fatal Shooting In Inkster Investigated By State Police
INKSTER (WWJ) - Michigan State Police investigating a fatal shooting in Inkster.
Police say they responded to reports of a possible shooting at the intersection of Center and Magnolia, near Inkster Road Sunday afternoon. That's where they found a man who was shot inside his car. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say the suspect -- who walked up to the victim's car and shot him -- was last seen running away from the scene.
Police describe the suspect as a light skinned black man, 5 feet, 7 inches, about 30 years old, wearing a gray hooded jacket with dark jeans and Timberland boots.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call Michigan State Police.
