Wayne State E2 Detroit To Inspire Entrepreneurs In Tough Economy: Wayne State University and TechTown, WSU's business incubator, will host the sixth annual E2 Detroit conference on Wednesday, Oct. 13. This event brings entrepreneurs together with business leaders, authors, investors and others for a program that both educates and inspires. With today's economic climate of limited resources and investors on the sidelines, entrepreneurs need to be creative to stretch the resources they have and develop ways to launch their businesses with little or no capital. E2 Detroit 2010, "The Lean Launch: Creating a Business in a Down Economy," will feature discussions such as "How to Market and Advertise in a Lean Launch" and "How to Launch Your Business 'On a Dime' Without Sacrificing Image, Quality or Opportunities," that will give attendees the tips and practical advice that every entrepreneur should know for today's economy. E2 Detroit's opening address will be made by Barry Moltz, an entrepreneur and author who has founded several startups, an angel investor group and an angel fund. Moltz, author of three books including, You Need to Be a Little Crazy: The Truth about Starting and Growing Your Business, is a leading expert of the ups, downs and emotional trials of running a business.
