Muskegon Sets Program On Selling To The State: The Muskegon Area First Procurement Technical Assistance Center has scheduled a Webinar for Nov. 27 on "Elements of a Quality Proposal." The Webinar is intended for businesses interested in selling to the state of Michigan who want to know what's involved with the bid evaluation and approval process.
